Q: How long does it take to receive my rug?
A: Most rugs are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks on average. Larger or highly detailed designs may take a little longer.
Q: Do you accept character or cartoon images?
A: Yes — as long as you have the rights to the image. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring permission before submitting copyrighted artwork.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are only available before production begins. Once tufting starts, all sales are final due to the custom nature of each rug.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept CashApp, PayPal, and Klarna for orders placed through our shop page. Custom orders are invoiced directly through email.
Q: What sizes do you offer, and how much are they?
A:
- 2 × 2 ft — $175 (Starter Rug / Collector’s Intro Piece)
- 3 × 3 ft — $250 (Flagship Rug / Premium Centerpiece)
Custom & odd sizes (within 3 × 3 ft max) are also available starting at $200–$225+, priced individually depending on design and dimensions.
